We may also contact an organisation when information appears to deserve management attention. In both cases, we review the information, assess the evidence and help management understand what matters and what can happen next.

In two ways. A client may come to us because something concerns them. Or a relevant matter may come to Chameleon Eye’s attention and, where appropriate, we may contact the organisation confidentially.
03What does receiving a Bird mean?+
A Bird is Chameleon Eye’s executive attention protocol. It indicates how urgently management should look at a matter. It does not indicate guilt, proof or a public accusation.
04How do you assess evidence?+
Chameleon Eye separates unverified information, signals, corroborated signals, findings and material findings. Evidence strength is separate from Bird urgency and reputation environment.
05Can an assessment change?+
Yes. Relevant new information can change the assessment. Chameleon Eye is prepared to change its assessment when the evidence changes.
