All packages are made to broadcast quality standards, which makes our work a timeless marketing tool for you.
We work with three basic packages that can be customised by you in our section of EXTRAS. If you are looking for a specific delivery date, please specify this in the initial brief.
1) BASIC PACKAGE
The Basic Package is a straight forward documentation. The edit of the project will be a basic assembly of one / two cameras, which will be arranged onto a DVD and will be the length of the original piece.
If there are any specific requirements you would like to add to the package, please look at our EXTRAS section and highlight these in the original brief. The most common use for this package is DVD promotion and/or internet (depending on the length of the piece).
2) PROMO PACKAGE
This package is very popular, the final product is a promotional video of your project which will vary from 3-5 minutes in length. Commonly referred to as a trailer, it is an integral part of any artists’ showreel. The function of promos are to entice the audience into watching a show, as well as to create a buzz around the artist/event. A common marketing tool for use most frequently on the internet, viral marketing, as a teaser, and in funding applications.
Sometimes it is important to have a promo video that is slightly longer around 10 minutes which goes into more detail about the project and how it was developed etc. This is a decision we can make together and in some cases it is valuable to have both, a very short 1-3 minute promo teaser and a 10 minute more in depth promotional video. It is up to you!
If there are any specific requirements you would like to add to the package, please look at our EXTRAS section and highlight these in the original brief. A DVD with the original length of the project/piece can be added to the package upon request and with an added cost.
3) ELECTRONIC PRESS KIT (EPK)
This is the most complete of the packages in which we document the working process of your project and mould it to your specific needs. An EPK is a portfolio or business card for artists, it is a traditional promo package in digital form.
You can be assured you’ll get all that’s needed to have an effective and well-rounded marketing tool for broadcast, DVD and online promotion. Very popular with Arts Council Funded projects; ‘Behind the Scenes’ & ‘Making Of’ for feature films/bands; Artists & Arts Institutions that value the importance of seeing the development of a project, not only the final products.
